We process uploaded artwork, backgrounds, settings and exports to provide your requested service (contract/requested steps where applicable). A technical session identifier restricts access to your files. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, connection and security records for delivery, abuse prevention and security (legitimate interests, subject to necessity/balancing, and applicable legal obligations). Optional first-party usage metrics require consent and contain event types/timing, not artwork, search text, free-form error messages or a persistent analytics ID.

Uploads and renders may be processed on our server, not only in your browser. Temporary editor files expire after 48 hours; cleanup runs every 5 minutes. Save your work on your own device. No new administrative copies of your exports are created. Minimized diagnostics are kept for up to 30 days; choices and minimal consent evidence for up to 180 days from your last choice. Files you download remain under your control. Infrastructure log/backup retention depends on provider arrangements; contact us for details.

Hosting, storage, delivery and security providers (including Cloudflare for page delivery and Amazon Web Services/CloudFront for public catalog resources) may process technical data and files needed for rendering. The controller is in Brazil and infrastructure may operate abroad. Contact us for the provider/location inventory, retention and applicable transfer safeguards. Cookie consent does not replace international transfer requirements. This editor version does not activate Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising, external chat or payment widgets; those require separate disclosure and configuration before activation.

Contact us to request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, portability where applicable, restriction, deletion, objection or consent withdrawal. We may need proportionate identity verification; do not send identity documents unnecessarily. Applicable legal deadlines and exceptions apply. You may complain to Brazil’s ANPD or your competent data protection authority. Refusing or withdrawing optional metrics in “Privacy choices” does not limit the editor. GPC and DNT disable optional metrics. This editor version has no active data sale or advertising sharing integration. Choices are browser/device-specific.

Adults only (18+). Upload only content you are entitled to use; avoid sensitive personal data. We do not request children’s information; report inappropriate uploads to the contact above. We use session isolation, HTTPS and access controls, but no service is risk-free. This notice is not a certification of worldwide legal compliance.
